October 25th, 2009 Fall Equinox Celebration-We had a great time celebrating the fall with an intense two-hour Detox yoga practice followed by tea and Montana Monsters!

You and Abby infuse the classes with helping teach what yoga is, and isn't. "Yoga has helped me tremendously – thanks to some kayaking mishaps, I have some shoulder problems, but  I have been doing yoga with Abby for roughly a year now and my shoulders have regained just about all of their flexibility.  My body as a whole has benefited from the added flexibility and muscle control gained from doing yoga and is very evident to me in my other endeavors like mountain biking, trail running, rock climbing, and backpacking.  Abby is an excellent teacher whether you are a beginner and need a lot of detailed instruction or if you are more advanced and just need some tips and reminders on posture.  Her bright smile and enthusiasm during the classes make it impossible not to enjoy yourself!"- Dan A.
