Mountain High Yoga is dedicated to providing highly qualified yoga practicioners to the Carroll County region. All practitioners are Yoga Alliance certified and have been providing professional instruction across the county. Mountain High Yoga offers a variety of innovative yoga classes which provides participants with a greater development of the self.

Registration
is now required for all Yoga sessions and payment is requested at
the
beginning of each session in full. Check out the new class listings under Classes and Events. There is a 6 person minimum for sessions to proceed. You will receive a confirmation of your registration prior to the start of class. As
always, check our website or facebook page for updated information.
